Please note that the Support Portal account is in no way linked to your existing Sonic Customer Ordering Portal account. We do have the ability to make the username and password the same for both sites so please use your new access to let us know if this is something that you would like done.

Why Use this Portal?

This portal will ensure your question or requests is sent directly to a customer service agent that is responsible for monitoring the request queue. It should be used for requests that do not require an immediate response as our agents will typically respond within 15 minutes of submission during our online support hours of 8a to 6p ET Monday through Friday. If you need support at other times of the day, we have you covered. Contact us by phone 24/7/365 and local team member will be happy to assist!
